Everyone is different I had to get on medication because nothing else changed and I was just getting high to deal with anxiety and everything and I just ruined my life. I've turned my life around being sober and hopefully I can get off my anxiety and add meds. But it's working right now. Being clean has changed my life in ways I can't explained even though you have to want to get clean. I hit rock bottom and I stayed there for a while then I got clean.
