Just live a life where work revolves around life instead of life revolving around work.
Travel a bit and see that there is more to this life and world than a big house, a new car, a standard job. We have it good here in the USA, but it doesn't mean that it is right.
It all comes clear when we lose a loved one at which time we internally know the right answer, but as quickly shift back to the comfort zone of safety and routine prior to the loss of loved one.
Live intentionally.

The reason why most people have to work soul-sucking jobs is because it's often the only way we'll be able to make it in this world. What do we need to survive? A roof above our heads, food and clothing. Unfortunately, these things cost money, so we have to work jobs that, despite robbing us of time and fulfillment, provide us sustenance. It'd be great if we could all make a living doing jobs we genuinely like, but we aren't all that fortunate.
I understand the sentiment, but reality doesn't allow for everyone to live perfect lives unfortunatley
