Love when people have never been inside speculate
Alot of the time its 16 hrs a day
When I was younger I was learning how to fight with this group of kids that took me in. They saw that I was weak and gay and got bullied a lot and for whatever reason these black boys from the hood just took pitty on me and made me their friend. They taught me how to fight in case they weren’t around. 5 years later I was walking home from the bus stop and this man tried to attack me. Some weird old crack head. I hit him with 2 really solid punches but he wouldn’t stop grabbing me. All of a sudden one of the boys I used to be friends with that taught me to fight ran up and beat the man unconscious and wouldn’t stop hitting him over and over after the man was passed out. He then told me it was his dad, and that he was going to try to rape me and that he was a crack head that would rape my friend when he was younger. That same boy was arrested 2 years later for killing his dad with a tire iron. I went to the court to testify on his behalf and even tho the DA made him out to be a monster I kept trying to tell everyone there he was protecting himself. A few years later I heard he was killed in prison after trying to rape someone. But I can’t help only seeing him as the boy that beat his own dad down to protect me from him. Some boy he only knew to pitty. But something changes you when you kill someone. That’s all I was thinking about as Joe was talking about the dude that he would spar with
