Guess Joe was in one of those “moods” where he feels like contradicting everything the guest says. This is almost as bad as Eric Weinstein.
When it comes to filming in public it is perfectly legal as long as you are in a public place to film and if you get people on camera then there's nothing they can do about it unless you are using it specifically for making money by putting it on a website of any kind and only if you specifically Target a specific person or people then you need to get consent from them the only exception to this is government workers including judges cops EMS and firefighters so if you ever have a cop tell you that you can't film them they're completely lying to you and you can tell them that they are full of s*** and you will not stop filling because you are a public place and you are filming for your and their protection so they can't say that you said something that you didn't say or do something that you didn't do this is a very important and fundamental thing if I ever get pulled over or deal with a cop I will automatically hit the voice recorder on my phone so that our conversation is completely on the record and again you don't have to tell them that you're recording because you're in public and they are a public servant just a little food for thought….
