Very intelligent discussion from Sheldrake, however it's disappointing to see how he denied any tradition of helping eachother as an ethos in India as being a purely Western phenomenon. It's clear when you look at the Sikhs for example, that the idea of Seva (Selfless service) was an essential part of life well before the arrival of the British and the caste system was abolished, with Sikhs abandoning their caste determining surname for Singh (Lion).
In addition to this, the caste system was not looked at with full contempt by the British and was utilised to help the division and conquering of India,
It’s a shame this has been watched less than 400k times by almost 2021
