I’m currently going through the first ever concussion I’ve had and I’m into my second week still dizzy and feeling sick. Hoping soon it’ll be gone! Been a scary couple weeks for me, I never appreciated how bad they are. I was just playing ball as well and took an elbow to the back of the head.
Repeated concussions can also cause what is called CTE which is a form of dementia, a few Rugby league players in Australia have got this years down the track after retiring from many head knocks
