  1. Voting truly is a waste of time if you really do want to put your faith in someone put your faith in Jesus so whatever hell religion you were introduced to in your life there is no rich man that's here to make your life better only you are going to do that yourself

  2. I've gotten to this point myself. I'm 42 and have voted in every national election(USA) since 1998. In my late 20's into my mid 30s I was pretty politically active. I had to convince you I was right, endless arguments on Facebook, Message boards, with co-workers. I donated money to candidates and took AM talk radio as gospel truth.

During the 2016 election, I started to feel very drained and tuned out. I voted for a 3rd party candidate for president. In 2018, I half heartedly voted and same in 20. I slowly started to wake up in 2020, with the pandemic and violence in the cities, it dawned on me The Government really doesn't care what you think.

The Governors exuding insane amounts of power by a snap of the finger, Michigan and Washington State are prime examples. As the same time, the feds anemic response to the pandemic. I know I needed to quit politics but this was the kick in the ass I needed.

Now, post Trump. People bickering back and forth about a whole lot of nothing that isn't ever gonna happen. The way I see it is, it's amoral system run by lobbyists, global elites, bankers, and monied interests. Forget the stuff you hear on Fox, CNN,MSNBC, and AM talk radio. It's all theater and really means nothing.

Public shootings, going bankrupt because you got cancer, decaying roads, PCness in public schools run amok, and I could go on. Why should I waste my time with this? getting angry over things I can't control and truly have no say in anyway. I regret ever getting involved with politics and from here on out, I'm avoiding it like brush fire.
