Maybe they need to build more Mass Transit in California so the Highways aren't as crowded. I visited California a few years ago ( I was born and sitll live in New York). Some women I met told me something I heard from other Sources that the Oil Industry effectively destroyed Mass Transit in the 1950's and 1960's forcing people to use their cars which was good for the Oil Industry. I think it would be good for California to get back to Mass Transit.
