Ive had arguments with friends anout this. People who truly beleive that people can talk to the dead and i've had to tell them that its literally been debunked. It was debu kes by houdini when he was alive and after he died. But i think in some sense people want some sense of closure or to believe that they can talk to their loced one again.
What about psychics that have helped solve murders and find missing planes and shit lol. When you realise they don’t actually believe their own bs and are just trying to discredit something
I once went to a medium who was doing a show in a hotel conference center. I actually went hoping that there was something to it. She was supposedly very respected and well known. Half way through I was so pissed off I left. I thought it was a poor attempt at throwing out generalized information that could apply to lots of people or situations. And I was shocked at how many people were falling hook, line and sinker. I was really disappointed, I wanted to believe. Sadly that’s exactly what’s at the core of everyone who falls prey to these bottom feeders, the lowest level of society, preying on the grief stricken and broken down people is just horrible! How any human can stoop so low is unimaginable. We can only hope that there’s a special place for them in the afterlife. Let them be judged for what they do. I wouldn’t want that punishment for anything. I do believe there’s something else beyond what we know. But no one has any special powers beyond what anyone else does. Until I’m proven wrong that’s what I believe.
