Joe as become one of those "you don't understand, you don't have children" people. He chastised this guy for having a different opinion on people.
Regarding nature/nurture discussion:
I think both have valid points, maybe Joe did get a little flustered by Billy's blank statement, however I think Joe on the one hand needs to review a few examples of people who were raised correctly with love, compassion and decent living conditions (Ted Bundy is a classic example) but you can't deny his own experiences have molded his thoughts on this and you cant criticize that.
On the other hand, Billy has a valid point that SOMETIMES, people are brought up in the best of conditions but they will eventually either commit serious moral transgressions (stealing, killing) which can be due to a number of factors: genetic predisposition (not a "brain issue" as Joe said), drug dependency (which can also be genetic). He is however speculating and Joe is right in saying that he may change his perspective when he has kids of his own.
In the end, there is no final point on this as it has been studied for a hundred years, no need to criticize or complain about either person's opinion, they're discussing about REAL ISSUES and that's what's beautfiul about his podcasts (as well as the shits and giggles)

This dude is intolerable. What an annoying blowhard. Nobody cares about this nerd's political views. They're dumb. He should only talk about Cocaine Cowboys. At least that was amusing to a degree. And it was mainly because many of those involved in that story were indeed great story-tellers. Anyone could make that stuff interesting if you just set a camera down and interview those guys, like Roberts and Mickey Munday etc. Unfortunately, this Corben bore desperately wants to be a voice in his own right. But he's just…. nevermind. He's just not for me.
