31:51 , he's talking about memories as if they were files on a computer. He mentions a shortcut to a memory and getting more access to memories, I think the word for shortcut is a memo or a memento, something to get a better handle or a grip on that subject or name. I've been trying to create a 'shortcut' to remember names when meeting people and now i'm able to match faces with names. I also heard the Deja Vu feeling is your brain created a saved memory but I haven't researched much about it.
