They only care about the present, and currently, there IS still a problem with all of those reserved issues. Doesn't matter if its better than yesteryear. It's still an ongoing issue. People don't care if there USE to be 100 rats in there basement, as long as there is still rats down there to day, we have to keep fighting to get it out.
