Pickers nuace is applied to the road death and crash toll. Were lead to believe that the road toll is not dropping but year on year there's more cars on the road. The true stats would be based on percentages rather than numbers on previous years. Same goes for health care etc… Great way to impose fines and get state funding though.
I agree with them to a Certain extent, because they are looking at it from a white man perspective and they never had to deal with any of the problems they say have gotten better
