I'm glad to see you've got reliable communications. I was wondering what you were going to do if you needed emergency services, i.e., medical care. Have you planned for that? Accidents happen and it would be nice if the local (airborne?) EMT services knew your exact GPS location.

You help me to know a lot of things.
It's so sad to see people here whining and complaining about a family that believes God's prophet and used their finances wisely in order to be obedient.
You don’t have to have a country home or a large bank account to be blessed by God. You have to be faithful with what you are given and STOP comparing yourself to others.
Yes, many people won't make it to country retreats. For multiple reasons (one being that you lived your live burying yourself in debt) many who are alive and remain until the end will live their finals days in prison cells. Read Great Controversy again. There will also be many who never put the effort into having a country home that will be welcome in by faithful Christians who sacrificed to create that home. You'd better change your heart and attitude now about those who may be welcoming you in in the future.
No one who is actually "country living" is spending their days smelling the roses. It is constant, hard, sweaty work. Most aren't committed enough to handle it. If you want someone else to pay for an established set up for you then you likely won't do the necessary work once you're there.
Pray to be faithful in little and God will be able to give you more as he sees fit. And stop insulting and belittling a man of God and his family. It makes you sound covetous and faithless.
Its a nice place….We pray earnestly that God will also provide us that kind place…
