I know what it's like to feel and walk in the Spirit and it's Amazing , I actually asked , or told God that he shouldn't dwell in me but in others . I was 20 years old and felt guilty for hoarding the Spirit , I was wrong to of done so . I believe that through Meditation , Fasting , and Prayers you can build back your Spiritual armor .
