When I was in community college
Beaver liver is the best liver I've ever eaten. We grew up fur trapping in Maine in the 80's and we ate a shitload of beaver meat.
Now you've got me thinking about it. I need to go find a trapper and get a couple of beavers this winter!
I ate many beaver but it was shaved
Yall are evil at this point…eating creatures NOT for survival but for taste pleasure….
