I’m going on 5 years sober.. 6 years ago i didn’t think it was possible.. one day turned to 2 then a month. Then 6 then a year.. started school a couple more years flew by now I have too much to loose to use even just a little.. even things I never had an issue with like weed.. I have to tell doctors and dentist that I can’t the strong meds .. there is so so much shame comes with being an addict.. but It makes me so proud to say almost 6 years sober..
