  1. One thing I am confused about is how they would survive after all these years with such a limited gene pool. Everyone must be inbred. Would they not eventually develop diseases as a result of years of inbreeding? Anyone know how they might be surviving with such a limited gene pool?

  2. Cooking process destroys most poisons, the heat breaks down the chemicals of the poison. If not, they cut out the meat around the wound.
As for the fishing. Its not technically a poison! There are plants or more commonly tree roots, that when collected and beaten to break open, they then fill a canoe with all the broken up roots and some river water. Then they tread the roots to release the sap and end up with a canoe full of milky water. They tip the canoe upstream and release the sap into the river. It removes the oxygen from the water causing the fish to be half suffocated, so they rise to the surface and can just be scooped out of the river.

  3. It is sad that the tribe pictured by that plane (I think brazil), totally un contacted by people with a of them painted orange, women and kids and huts in the pictures are all dead now, the entire tribe now were shot and butchered by loggers.
