Gotschall was an awesome professor. It's badass he's on here haha
Started listening to the podcast recently. I was really fascinated and interested by this one. Wrestled when younger, but love watching all martial arts. I have been noodling over taking Jiujitsu classes and this was inspiring and has helped my trepidation. Rogan had a lot of good commentary and info. Easton here I come.
Damn this was disappointing, the description might as well say what the podcast is about rather than what the person does. I really only listen to the informative/educational podcasts. Skimming through this, they're talking about fighting for the entire 3 hours… pretty lame, uninteresting, a let down from Jonathan more than Joe i suppose.
I loved this episode, reminded me of great times at the gym with team mates
