Seems to me Joe is pro-PEDs but, because of his role as an employee at UFC, he can't come out and say it. He cut his sentence short at 2:42:40 "everbody knows if you get caught…" he would have had to finsh that sentence with "the most you'll currently face is 12 months between your last fight and the next". The only way to stop use of PEDs is to implement a lifetime ban for first offences, but that would result in so many top fighters moving to another organisation that it would dent the UFC's revenue
I never listen to the podcasts with MMA fighters but this podcast is fucking great for people who aren't into fighting
