33:30 Really? so strength doesn't matter? not disrespect but as you may know (and I am sure you do)jujitsu wrestling requires greater levels of strength than a boxer or may thai – AKA isometrics – what you do is plyometrics which is fine for strikers , although they still require a level of strength but not higher levels like an strongman since they need speed quickness

Olympic Decathlon Gold Medalists and Decathlon World Champions use the bench, squat, deadlift, snatch, clean, and other major lifts routinely in their programs. Until they stop doing that, I, for one, will continue to do them.
