A pretty sure that was a small part of a conversation that needs context.
Unless you know how to fly a plane, it’s a suicide mission to attack. You would take your chances if the terrorist said someone agreed to your ransom plan and are headed back to the airport
No one knows what they "Will" do "Until" they are thrust into that situation.. it's just best to sit there and Evaluate.. but once you caught wind like the one flight did.. and here of what happened moments earlier to those other Flight's.. that's the time for Action..
