I think she's 100% wrong on her boxer hypothesis. Naseem Hamed, for example, would be getting grounded and pounded inside of a minute by a the corny king himself, Henry Cejudo. Boxing is a great sport and while it'll give any fighter crisp striking, it's no where close to being effective on it's own in the octogon.
