  1. People talking about neck muscles have to think about how complicated your shoulder neck muscles work.
    Its perfectly possible that someone lifts weights activating more of his serratus muscles for stability and the other one uses more of the upper trapezius.
    There are a hell lot of small variants you train yourself to activate in different situations subconsciously
