Of course not. Today a judge in Spain (Pamplona) dismissed a notion of group rape because the woman didn't protest. The girl didn't protest because she felt it would be over sooner then. That aquittal is obviously insane. A girls reaction is probably very different from what our reaction would be, which is the whole point of them being more vulnarable than men.
