  1. TM sounds fascinating. My only grievance is it seems proprietary. Even Tom says he will (privately) give Joe the teacher’s information. If it’s so beneficial, why not make it open source?

  2. Follow your breath & stay present, mindful. You don't have to sit to meditate, be mindful & the stress will dissipate. Sitting & meditating is fantastic for you, but you can meditate staying present in everything you do. Put your focus onto what you are doing and you will start to flow. When at work or sport when in flow time seems to quicken, when your bored & thinking about the end of a work day it drags on. Practice, practice, practice to stay mindful & use a mantra like 'l AM' when a thought or emotion comes up to bring you back to the NOW until it's habit, natural for you & you to might be a Jesus or Buddha. Remember Jesus said we are all the Sons and Daughters of God & not just he and Buddha said we all can be Buddha's. Imagine that, a World full of realised Human Beings 🌍🤣🤣🤣
