  1. Almost every day I do a 20 min. power nap in the afternoon, my body cries for it, so I lay down, reboot and come back. Best thing of my day. It feels like it does exactly the same to me what he describes. I’m full of energy and feel good afterwards.

  2. This guy is avoiding the “how-to” question. Why?
    Sit up straight in a chair and follow your breathing with a slight emphasis on the exhale. That’s it. No fancy mantras and tricks. Why won’t the guest say that? It’s like he’s trying to sell something. Enuf!
