For those that are against paying ,TM Teachers are professional and like any profession they have bills to pay that's why they have to charge. would you work every day for nothing?
TM is not a religion , no dogma to learn, its a very easy simple mental technique it works even if you dont believe in it. its a very subtle process thats why you need a registered TM teacher. it cannot be learnt from books or YT!
Sometimes TM is taught at a reduced fee or even free through the David Lynch foundation.
I have no connection with the TM movement ….I learned TM in 1978 to find myself…… I had glimpses of it at a young age called Satori or peak experience,I hoped TM would enable me to find that beautiful experience and it has..one has to do TM regularly to achieve best results it cultivates the nervous system and takes time..for the Pearl of great price to emerge……peace of mind. I have have benefitted so much from it, it rejuvenates the nervous system its like having a mental bath, very refreshing and gives one more energy to pursue goals more efficiently ,much more is achieved with TM. several talents have emerged since learning TM like painting, guitar.
I have discovered a deep silent peaceful place within , the Absolute Being, that I look forward too very much ,there I found my true Self…. which is beyond religion, which has gradually come out into my daily life.
Whatever Tom Papa said is exactly what happens, but it stays only for 1-2 years then starts the real trouble when the trainer starts demanding more and more money…the affect of mantra gets reversed because all the mantras comes from deities and fools like us & Tom Papa dont not even know which deity we are invoking so no 'Bhakti' at all. Better we all should just focus on our breathing patterns that's all.
Think on this fir a moment, we humans have a latent ability to expand our own consciousness, heal psychic injuries and get high. Every single mental ailment benefits from meditation. Equally as effective as Lexapro, literally rewires your brain on a physical level. I need to be more consistent with my practice
Theres regenerating and vivifying energy in unlimited amounts all arouns you. Meditation tunes you into it if you do it right.
