I was a baptised and confirmed catholic. I was a strong young catholic, always going to church and youth group. I used to rely on the priests for guidance but then figured out I could manage my life better then them . I left at age 24. It felt so liberating that I could make my own decisions . I then realized that they are no blessings in that church and it is nothing but a political institution controlling people. There is nothing to the church but a bunch of stale, old white male rules and exploitation of children. The church is in fact built on exploitation.
What kind of an idiot laughs at threatening a little kid to force them to sit on a nail? What a tool.

The nuns in my school were terrifying and perversely sadistic. The stuff of nightmares.
