Only a complete idiot would chose to base their entire life on the limited, biased reasoning ability of a traumatized six year old who had a bad experience with a single individual. And I say that as a convert to Catholicism, who has lost and buried children and parents. Joe isn't calling out Christianity on it's b.s. He's using an emotional event from childhood to justify his rejection of God's moral injunctions/rules. There's a reason Joe hates Christianity, and it isn't because he thinks its ridiculous or wrong. I think every other religion on the planet is wrong, and many of them exceptionally evil… not to mention the same of many ideologies, and I don't have that level of contempt. Joe hates Christianity because he knows its the truth, and he doesn't think it's fair… like a spoiled brat. Just the fact that he was able to habor and foster such thoughts and feelings from an early age shows incontrovertibly how deficiet his upbringing was. Joe acts like he's so open-minded, but every single time he comes up to objective morality… specifically moral authority, and even more specifically Christianity… he acts like a rabid child. He's not open-minded, at all. He's built an echo chamber of intellectual appetitiveness around himself, and where he can't be wrong… you're only there to satisfy his curiosity, and only insofar as he has an appetite for it and tolerance of the answers. Usually that means confirmation bias pleases him greatly. That, and he has professed that he has all this power and means, so his whims get to rule by fiat because he's been made lucky by the universe, so he's obliged to indulge his every appetite and inclination without moderation. And this takes the form of him saying and doing everything he wants… including constantly taking HGH, Marijuana, TRT, steroids… DMT, Psilocybin, ayahuasca (super powerful hallucinogens, that have mind damaging/altering potential)… strange diets, copious amounts of hard alcohol, cigars… and who know what else. He thinks he's in control, but all he really is, is an out of control licentious hedonist with facade of values and commonsense that stems from his rejection of most of wokeism. Really as a man… Joe is nothing more than a "Joe" a "hard-hat," a common clay, inner city idiot, with too much money, too much timr, nothing in his life bigger than himself. Joe is a butthead. The only remarkable thing that speaks to his intrinsic inner character is that he isn't completely insane. I hope he stops the Peter Pan phase, grows up and wakes up. But he is definitely getting weird and his hatred of the Church is growing and making more frequent appearances in his podcast… which sucks, now.
