Exodus 16:30-31 So the people rested on the seventh day. And the house of Israel called the name therof Manna.
John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

Jesus our Manna from heaven in whose finished work on the cross, we find our true rest, our Sabbath. Amen
