This makes so much sense. I had a third degree sprain in my ankle when I was 13 and proceeded to be involved in 5 car accidents and two falls from 5+ft onto my head. Needless to say I was living at a fast pace but, this makes so much sense to me, and the "muddled thinking" term she used is very accurate. And the variation in my personality and feelings looking back at each incident and their dramatic effects on my life without having been able to previously understand the change in my feelings especially. And I think she is on point with recovery strategy and thought process.
