The world is filled with music, sounds, noises that could distract me from doing whatever I'm doing. If I'm EVER stuck in a situation that I need to get my tunnel vision going, I need to practice tuning out all that background noise and focus on what is important. I appreciate DG but respectfully his advice here doesn't work for me.
