Carl Hart, Ph.D., is an associate professor of psychology and psychiatry at Columbia University. He is known for his research in drug abuse and drug addiction. Hart was the first tenured African American professor of sciences at Columbia University.

I like Hart but he's wrong about why they add acetaminophen in opiods. The reason is because it makes the opiods onset quicker and last longer. If what he was claiming was true then all u would have to do is use the cold water extraction method, meaning u soak ur pill in ice water. And it will dissolve the tylenol, then ur left with a chunk of 100% opiate
