I’m a recent college grad and I had an interview coming up with a really great software company. I usually get really really bad anxiety and anxiousness to the point where I’m I sometimes mess up my previous interviews because of it. I did the wim hof breathing technique multiple times a day and took cold showers while meditating and breathing in the showers as well and really focused on cutting away at my anxiety and materializing the interview in my head.
Come the day of the interview, I absolutely nailed it. It was the most seamless interview I ever had. I felt not one bit of anxiety during the whole hour of the interview… it was so odd to me because this had plagued me my whole college career and I absolutely hated it. Thanks wim for getting me a job with a great company.
