  1. 3:28 Coffee is actually just as beneficial yet is inexpensive when compared to japanese matcha green tea. And it's benefits (high in polyphenals) are only absorbed & metabolized when drunk black (no cream or sugar) an hour before your first meal of the day (if even eating at-all) According to famous cardiologist Dr. Gundry. Which is interesting because i could only drink it black, if i drank it with milk and/or sugar it'd upset my stomach.

But for coffee you gotta get a stainless steel coffee maker called la greca (i think it's called?) It's expensive but once you have it, it lasts forever and is dishwasher safe. Unlike drip-coffee it works by stovetop boiling water from the bottom section which then rises filtering through the coffee grains in the middle section then collecting at a reservoir at the top. So you're getting coffee made from the top instead of the bottom unlike drip-coffee and is allegedly supposed to have half the caffeine as drip-coffee and about the same as half-teaspoon of japanese matcha.

Idk, 'bout matcha but black coffee is keto and diabetic friendly! I imagine japan-grown matcha is safe, too! Dr. Gundry recommends both but only Japan-grown matcha, not China-grown.

Matcha japan-grown green tea upsets my stomach when taken without food though.

Personally i drink both. Sencha japan-grown matcha from Costco. And we've recently switched to drinking organic coffee from Nicaragua (also Costco) that's fair trade and i've since gotten significantly less jittery effects from it. Organic coffee uses significantly less water and is safer for the environment than regular coffee. 80% of americans drink coffee, and many hispanics in latin america, and southern europeans drink coffee, too.

We bumped into a korean lady while at Costco who was buying Kirkland brand coffee to take to Korea because it's expensive in Korea!

I dumped my chinese USDA organic matcha down the toilet because i noticed a significant difference in: taste, effect, and texture.

  2. I put a tea spoon of this stuff in a cup. Hot. Water. Quick stir with a fork and hey presto I grew a samouraï beard. !!!!
Now have the bamboo stick spoon and whisk . First attempt was like drinking a swamp. .
