I was on heroin 10 years ago for 2 years and I'm off it 8 years now was a walk in the park but the tablets are a different fish on them since I'm 14 I'm 30 now and fu#ked would be good to get advice on help

I just take two .25s of a Xanax bar everyday smh… it’s hits too, you start to feel like everything slows down and all of sudden life is BBC Planet Earth
I used to pop benzos like skittles and didn't find coming off them all that difficult. You need to do it slowly so your body can adjust, not cold turkey. I still use them today for intense situations. I thank God for benzos, life would be an ordeal without them.
