Counter to thermal conductance could be somehow mentally super chilling your feet (damage to thermo regulating cells in the brain can do something like this), if your feet are made super cold by your mind, then the heat of fire walking could just be warming them back up to normal temperature. And since the whole things is only for a few seconds anyway it all balances out without injury.

To help make sure they are skilled ask how long they have studied it if it's anything under 15 years they are a novice if it's over 20 there is is a chance they will know what they are doing.

  3. What about that video of the monk fighting kickboxers. He stands and takes all the punches from his opponent and doesnt seem to do anything. Was it power of the mind and body or just simply pain tolerance out of the ordinary? Or maybe the other guy's punches were weak.
