You will not get politicians to govern themselves. And you will not get a powerful grass roots movement to force it. It worked fine when we had 10 million citizens in the 16th and 17th century. We now have 320 million and they are divided beyond repair. So many different agendas out there to get everyone on one page. We did this to ourselves and to our children and their children.
