Nah but dumb ass "patriots" want to pay more for domestic and allow corps to control the prices. Your not paying more for higher quality your reimbursing them for paying higher production costs. Then some call on child labor in the third world like our industrial revolution didn't feature the exact same shit.
What about Uber? They used a cell phone app to dispatch a livery service and parlayed that into exemption from the laws or paying the costs associated with the taxi business…extracted special privileges not afforded to traditional taxis, like surge rates, cancellation fees and most importantly, no limit to the amount of vehicles they can have on the streets, while traditional taxis are limited by law. A war of attrition rigged against taxis. If that was not enough they are allowed to facilitate insurance fraud and theft by deception. GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK ALREADY! What are the fruits of all this? MURDERS, RAPES, ROBBERIES, ASSAULTS, DRAMATIC INCREASE IN HIT AND RUNS AND ACCIDENTS IN EVERY BIG CITY THEY OPERATE IN, MORE TRAFFIC, CONGESTION AND POLLUTION. Mark my words, very bad news for this vital part of the transportation infrastructure if Uber (an international predator) is successful and gains a monopoly over the taxi industry.
