Friendly reminder
Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself.
I know I'm four and a half years late but this guy sucks
This guy has a huge ego and I don’t like it. Falls flat on a lot of points when he thinks Joe would agree and doesn’t
"Us vs. Them — the sense that we have a monopoly on the truth; that those other people who believe in all these stupid doctrines are morons; that if you’re sensible, you’ll listen to us; and if not, you’re beyond redemption. This is unconstructive…Both skepticism and wonder are skills that need honing and practice. Their harmonious marriage within the mind of every schoolchild ought to be a principal goal of public education. I’d love to see such a domestic felicity portrayed in the media, television especially: a community of people really working the mix — full of wonder, generously open to every notion, dismissing nothing except for good reason, but at the same time, and as second nature, demanding stringent standards of evidence — and these standards applied with at least as much rigor to what they hold dear as to what they are tempted to reject with impunity." – Carl Sagan
Starting at 18:30 Thanking god that joe is level headed and as peter says; you’re the perfect person to talk to this about.
Of course peter meant martial arts, but joe will be kind enough to not take a side by playing devils advocate to have people think about what they’re really saying.
Listen from 18:30 – 20:00 if you’re an atheist thinker, good luck trying to be transparent, people think different, learn to live with it.
