Chickens aren't very clever. I have 5 of them, and when they want snacks, they yell at me. Drives me crazy. I've outsmarted them though. I just chuck them some snacks, and they shut up. Works EVERY time!

Of course they’re conscious! God made them, therefore they have consciousness. You don’t need a scientist to concur. I would say that ANYTHING with the spark of God in it has consciousness
