If I remember right, George Carlin stated that it's a comedian's job to find where the line was drawn between offensive and not and to push past it.
If I also remember right, topical humor isn't all that great except in television shows. Those jokes lose significance and context over time, and, at least as how today's topics are approached, tends to come off as being more opinionated drivel than anything humorously satirical.
None of it is offensive though. Unless it is racially charged, comedy can't offend unless you chose to be offended. Take a fucking joke people. It's good for you
