Fantastic!!!!
I like Mark. He has a lot of goof information. I just find him as someone who has a hard time saying I don’t know. A lot of his answers here were conjectures in my opinion. I would like for him to site studies where he based his answers from e.g. on reveeatrol and exogenous ketones. He seems very sure of his answers but I would have love to hear him provide studies.
Again he has a lot of good information but I would love to hear him to be more evidenced based.
Did anyone else think this guy sounds (and kind of looks), like Mike Baker? It's like Joe is interviewing him again… Just about nutrition, not politics.
