Bill Burr is an amazing and funny storyteller also I suspect the woman he said was beautiful or rather one of the amazingly beautiful people he saw with beautiful forearms at 7mins 45 secs in this video was Taraji P Henson in Date Night back in 2010 just a guess but she is beautiful and statuesque through multiple seasons of Person Of Interest and her various films.
The trouble with beauty standards in media, is that even the models don't look like they do on covers. It's even just a case of getting the best hair, makeup, and lighting. Photoshop is the biggest issue. It's very rare to see undoctor beauty in the 2020s.
