Capitalist are trying to make impossible regulations so no new names can establish business connections. It's never gonna change except with a radical overview of the country. Most products could be made off hemp but lumber didn't like it, fossil fuels couldn't compete with hemp oil and I guess the cotton industry wanted more money too
