My dad was born in 1922 he would run numbers for the mob right before WWII after he got out he had restaurants and bars the way the mafia made money is they would get your Social Security number after you die and it would stay active for 3 months they would have big parties at my dad's restaurant and just keep using Social Security numbers from dead people.
