This is some ridiculous bullshit that Joe is swallowing….. I don't give a shit how small a "picogram" is….. Cheating is cheating. I dont care if its CREATINE he's taking, purchased from the local strip mall. If it's on the banned substance list, then it's cheating! Why are we making excuses for this guy? Here's how you completely negate ANY possibility of testing positive for ANYTHING…… Stop taking creatine, protein shakes, BCAA's, sleeping meds, cold medicine, multi-vitamins of any kind, and drugs of any kind (both legal and illegal). Stop going to CVS for treating a headache or anything else you got going on. Suck it up…… Get ALL of your nutrients, proteins, carbs, and everything required for building muscle and cutting weight from NATURAL FOODS! That's it! It's not brain surgery…. Just eat food like everyone else in the world and you wont test positive….. It really is that simple. Especially if your a millionaire.
