I could do without listening to Joe spas out like a little immature boy for 2hours and keep asking "how many of these guys do steroids?", " seriously come on guys how many of these guys do steroids come on?".
Jesus just shut the fuck up about it already. We all use steroids Joe. fucking moron. you should fucking know better by now. Quit acting like a little fucking kid who just found out there's no Santa Claus and you want to go around telling all the other little kids you just found out there's no Santa Claus
What's worried me is I if you look at chris bell today after being on kratom for however long it is from then to now he looks wasted. . I struggled with opiates for 20yrs still on methadone so am looking for some help.
No1s perfect but joe gives glimpses of being judgemental i bet he can be a real Douche in person love the show though still a fan of Joe to just needs to work on the ego a little more

Funny they say how "our parents back in the day in the 60s and 70s…." had horrible information to go off on in terms of diet and nutrition……. yet people were insanely healthier (not fat fucks AKA overweight/obese) and not NEARLY as medicated as we are today. We live in a time when we have so much information and knowledge from the past we should be living in the healthiest of times, yet it is the exact opposite. I mean go to any public place and just count the number of overweight if not obese people you see and count the number of people you see who MIGHT be close to a healthy weight or in noticeably good shape (I mean if you see a big jacked dude he likely is overweight but it's all muscle mass). It's insane how much the fat and overweight people outnumber healthy weighted people. I'd also think it's not outlandish of me to claim that people nowadays eat way shittier than people ate in the 50s, 60s, and 70s and before those decades even. Really wasn't until the 80s when processed food heavily dominated the grocery shelves. If you eat anything that comes out of a box it's likely complete shit for you IMO.
