  1. A little bit of pain is OK. Yeah. But for women like me period pain is debilitating. I littrally can't function. I can't work and it gets so bad I feel like I'll pass out. So no. We need pain solutions. But I absolutely agree we should not take ibuprofen. I got another drug from my doctor that helps a lot without the danger of ibuprofen. But to say its OK with a bit of pain is just not applicable to women like me who really suffer with this. We can't afford the trauma emotional or the hit financially to have to take 4 days off work every month. Come on now doctor.

  2. We all eat hemp seed and quinoa. from a 55 year old vegan woman who has a six pack of abs. I really like Dr Patrick, she can and does acknowledge that us vegans can be healthy when we do it right, B12 , iron, and vitamin A and D, are all easy to supplement, most of us do take supplements for omegas as well. We are healthy and lots of us do lift weights. We produce enough cholesterol as a rule because of the stress of watching animals being slaughtered on all those gross PETA videos, (not all into that).
